Join us Tuesday, June 10th for a tasting event featuring Arugula and Avocado Salad and Togarashi Spiced Ahi Tuna.

Celebrate the flavors of summer with our Ha-Tuna-Matata Tasting Event on June 10th. This 2-course dinner with wine pairings is $55 (a $75 value). To start, enjoy an Arugula and Avocado Salad tossed with vinaigrette. Your first course will be paired with Whispering Angel Rose, France. Second course is Togarashi Spiced Ahi Tuna seared rare over miso butter sauce, served with white rice, sautéed green beans and ponzu sauce. Your tuna entrée will be paired with Abadia San Campio, Albarino.

On the second Tuesday of every month, Bluewater Grills in Newport Beach, Redondo Beach, Temecula, Santa Barbara and Carlsbad, Calif., and Phoenix; and Bluewater Boathouse Seafood Grill in Coronado, Calif., offer a seasonally fresh fish or shellfish uniquely prepared by Bluewater chefs and hand-paired with a local or international wine, draft beer or sake. The tastings, which feature wine pairings during each course, are intended to introduce on-trend new fish varieties and preparations and regularly sell-out.
