You’re invited to a Lobster Chef’s Tasting event on December 8th for a 2-course dinner featuring California Spiny Lobster served “Puerto Nuevo” style, split and flat-grilled with garlic and butter and served with marble potatoes and green beans. The Phoenix location will be serving Maine Lobster stuffed with buttered panko and bay shrimp.
