Join us for our Winemaker's Tasting on June 25th, 2026 for a 3-course dinner in Carlsbad.
Bluewater Carlsbad and Doffo Winery
We're bringing the wines to the waves for an exclusive evening at Bluewater Grill Carlsbad on June 25th. Join Damian Doffo and our Executive Chef for an outstanding three-course food and wine pairing event featuring award-winning Doffo Winery selections, live music, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. Reservations are from 5-8pm. First course is Prawn Cocktail with Doffo's Paulina Sparkling. Followed by a Lemon Caesar Salad with Doffo's 2025 Vermentino. The main course is Pan Seared Salmon with scalloped potatoes, sautéed spinach, cremini mushrooms and red chimichurri served with Doffo's 2024 Cabernet Sauvignon.
